The University of Florida is a premier research institution and is ranked among America’s five best public universities, with over 60,000 students and over $1.6B in endowments.

An institutional rebranding was just what this top-ranked research department needed to help steer their new marketing efforts. Showcasing the research and educational activities led by the UF ChemE Faculty was at the forefront of the design strategy to increase the department's visibility.

The UF ChemE department is among the largest and highest ranked Chemical Engineering programs in the southeastern region, with renowned Distinguished Professors, Award Winners, and Fellows of professional societies.

From posters and a new viewbook, to multiple mailers showcasing faculty awards, new hires, and research, the dept of ChemE saw a significant jump in engagement from both internal and external audiences. We mailed print materials internationally, with the professors receiving praise from colleagues around the world.

The addition of print and digital newsletters and large-scale events brought great visibility to the department, and further established a brand within itself that received praise and recognition from the university.
