Stewardship Mailer
First-ever stewardship mailer strategically designed to help members make informed decisions about giving.

With its members being the life force of this church, and the church having undergone a bit of transition, we were sought out to help this church visually communicate how money was being spent. We explored both print and digital possibilities, but with research determined print would work best for this audience and the church had the right budget to move forward. We recommended visualizing members reviewing this important financial information in the comfort of their own homes and on their own time, rather than on giant screens— in a crowd—amongst other announcements.
The church agreed, adding that relying solely on asking for donations on Sundays during church service and through their website yielded such a decline in giving over the years. Clean design led our strategic approach, and graphics that “got to the point” made the numbers easier to digest. We were told, “our members now feel moved to do their part and give money consistently after the transparency we showed visually through your beautifully designed brochure".
